Simplified Gum Variety Pack for Health-Conscious Consumers

SIMPLY makes sweet treats you can feel good about. When you pick up a SIMPLY product, you know that it's made with only the good stuff and only what's needed, because real ingredients taste better. Our founder, Caron, started Simply Gum in her kitchen after she discovered that regular chewing gum contains synthetic plastic and other artificial ingredients. Though we've outgrown her kitchen, our commitment to natural ingredients, delicious flavors, and beautiful packaging remain.

Most gum out there is made of a synthetic plastic base, which the FDA allows companies to hide under the term "gum base" on the label. This includes polyvinyl acetate, or synthetic plastic. We use a tree sap, called chicle, instead. Our gum is crafted at our Brooklyn factory by our team of gum chefs, and it is certified Kosher, non-GMO, and vegan. Plus, it's dairy-free, soy-free, and gluten-free (except our Maple variety).

We'd love to tell you a little bit more about a few of the essential ingredients that go into our peppermint gum. Chicle, a tree sap, is the base of our gum. If you see the term "Gum Base" written on the back of your pack of gum, that's code for potentially many different chemicals, including synthetic plastics used in white glue, car tires, and water bottles! We don't like chewing on synthetic plastic, so we use chicle as the base of our gum instead. We also leave out artificial flavors, colors, and sweeteners like aspartame, and only use the highest quality ingredients in our gum.

We use the most unrefined form of sugar, organic cane sugar, to sweeten our gum. Each piece of gum contains about 1 gram of sugar. You'll never find any fake stuff, such as aspartame, in our gum or mints. Just organic sugar cane. We also use a proprietary blend of steam-distilled essential oils and extracts derived from Peppermint, Cinnamon, Ginger, Fennel, Maple, and Coffee to give our gum incredible flavor. We don't use any artificial flavors or colors.

DID YOU KNOW THAT MOST OTHER GUM IS MADE WITH A SYNTHETIC PLASTIC BASE? Not ours! We use a naturally derived tree-sap (chicle) base instead. We'll never use artificial or synthetic ingredients in our gum. Our vegan gum is softer and has a more subtle flavor than typical gum. It's the way gum used to be made - with no artificial flavors or colors added! It's handcrafted in our factory in NYC, so each piece is unique.

The Originals pack includes 1 Pack Each of Peppermint, Cinnamon, Coffee, Ginger, Maple, and Fennel with 15 pieces each (total of 90 pieces). Our gum contains only good ingredients: Organic Raw Cane Sugar, Natural Chicle Base (chicle, candelilla wax, citric acid), Organic Vegetable Glycerin, Lime Oil, Natural Chili Flavor, Organic Cayenne Pepper, Sea Salt, and Organic Rice Flour. It's Aspartame Free, Soy-Free, Nut-Free, Kosher, Vegan, Non-GMO, and Xylitol-Free.
